If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of
delivery in accordance with this policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returns must be authorized by Velvera® prior to being returned. To initiate a return, please contact: support@velverawarm.com Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returned products must include all original accessories and components, be returned in their
original packaging whenever possible, and be free from excessive damage beyond normal
inspection and testing. All returned products are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error by
Velvera® are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Examples include: changed mind, ordered by mistake, no longer needed, ordered the wrong item,
or personal preference.
The 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges paid by Velvera® are non-refundable and may be deducted from the
refund amount.
If Velvera® provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the label may be deducted from the
refund.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
Orders refused upon delivery will be treated as a return. Original shipping charges, return shipping
costs, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Velvera® is not responsible
for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us. If the carrier confirms
the package was lost in transit, Velvera® will provide a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
and include photos whenever possible.
Upon verification, Velvera® will provide replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a full refund at
our discretion.
No restocking fee or return shipping charges will apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Velvera® products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions that occur during normal residential use.
If a qualifying issue occurs during the warranty period, Velvera® may repair, replace, or provide replacement parts at its sole discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from water or liquid exposure, placing the unit in a refrigerator or freezer, drops, impacts, accidental damage, improper electrical use, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
