Velvera® is designed to provide hours of cordless warmth on a full charge. Runtime varies by model, temperature setting, and dome size, with lower temperatures providing longer cordless runtime. The Classic Collection (9.75") provides up to 1.5 hours at 180°F and 6+ hours at 105°F, while the Signature Collection (13") provides up to 2 hours at 200°F and 6+ hours at 105°F. Runtime is based on use with our standard included domes; taller dome options may affect cordless runtime. For continuous warming, both models can also be used while plugged in with the included charger.
Velvera® is designed to gently maintain the warmth of already-prepared desserts—not cook or bake them. Results will vary depending on the type and freshness of the dessert, as baked goods naturally lose moisture over time. For best results, use the included dome to help retain warmth and moisture, and choose the lowest temperature setting that keeps your treats at your desired serving temperature.
We recommend hand washing the Clear Dome with mild soap and warm water to help preserve its clarity and appearance over time.
Velvera® typically reaches your selected temperature in about 10–15 minutes, depending on the temperature setting and room conditions. Once preheated, heat is gently transferred to your treats over time, so warming speed will vary depending on the dessert's size, thickness, and starting temperature.

Both. Velvera® can be used cordlessly with its built-in rechargeable battery or plugged into the wall for extended warming.
Yes. Velvera® features an optional built-in timer that can be set in 30-minute increments for up to 4 hours. If a timer is selected, Velvera® will automatically shut off when the countdown ends. You may also use Velvera® without setting a timer for uninterrupted warming.
Allow Velvera® to cool completely, then wipe the warming surface and base with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
