We want you to enjoy your Velvera.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

21-Day Return Window

Return requests must be made within 21 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by Velvera before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in brand new condition and include:

  • Original packaging

  • All included components and accessories

  • No signs of use, damage, or wear

All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.

Used or Opened Items

Products that show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund. Velvera reserves the right to apply additional restocking fees or decline the return if the product has been used.

Restocking Fee

If a product has been opened but remains unused, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Original shipping costs paid by Velvera to ship the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

If Velvera provides a return shipping label, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused upon delivery will be treated as a return. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the issue when contacting support.

In these cases, Velvera will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

1-Year Limited Product Warranty

Velvera products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions under normal use.

If a qualifying issue occurs during the warranty period, Velvera may repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or environmental exposure, including but not limited to:

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Placing the unit in a freezer or refrigerator

  • Physical damage from drops or impacts

  • Improper electrical use

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear

If any of these conditions occur, the warranty will be considered void.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
